Chestnut, apple and chocolate cake

Ingredients
100g ground almonds
100g chestnut flour
2 red apples (skin on) - chopped
1/4 cup avocado oil
2 large eggs
70g dark chocolate ~ I use Ombar 72% or 90%
1 tsp vanilla extract + dash of ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder

Method
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees + line/grease a loaf tin
Mix all the ingredients together, fold in the chopped apple and chocolate, spoon into your loaf tin
Bake for 60-75 mins ✨
