Chocolate nut clusters

— gut-friendly ~ high fibre ~ sugar free —

If you love a sweet and salty combo, these gut-friendly chocolate nut clusters are for you 🫶🏼

Diversity is key when it comes to good gut health and these are a great way to show that eating the recommended 30 different plant points a week isn’t as intimidating as it sounds ~ with nuts, seeds, herbs and spices all counting, it’s a lot easier than you think!

In these we have a mix of walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, turmeric, paprika and then the raw cacao ~ that’s 6 different points in one snack ✨

Any mixed bags work but if your digestion feels a little off I really recommend using activated nuts and seeds ~ this process breaks down their natural protective coating that can cause bloating and increases the bioavailability of their nutrients… a win, win!

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Boundless activated nuts + seeds

  • 2 bars of Ombar 72% chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Optional: pinch of salt

(Use GDOCUMENTED for £10 off your first order using the links above)

Method

Melt the chocolate + coconut oil, add in the activated mixed nuts and stir until coated

Scoop the mixture into clusters and place on a parchment lined sheet (with a sprinkle of salt on top if you’d like)

Place these in the fridge for ~ 1 hour, until the chocolate has set
