Having spent the start of my career as a solicitor at a US-law firm in the City, I have truly been there… feeling like the energy you are putting into it all isn't yielding the changes you are working for 

This is where my coaching comes in — we work through this disconnect and find the blocks that are leaving you feeling overwhelmed and accepting that your symptoms are “normal”

You can easily run a google search, listen to podcasts or scroll through Instagram to find one hundred answers to your symptoms… but how you put it into action is what matters

We look at all aspects of your life to really understand what is driving your symptoms and bring clarity to how you are feeling

Because when you know what works for you — the foods that make you feel the best, the daily routines that light you up, the tools that are going to help you — this is when the transformations happen 

It is what took me from only being able to eat a handful of foods without looking 6 months pregnant, being exhausted, my hair falling out and losing my period 2 years ago to now feel in tune with what I enjoy, need & want each day

And my clients go through the same — energised, balanced, motivated, focused, confident... these are all words they start using to describe how they are feeling and it is music to my ears
